As part of the transition to Electronic Health Records, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services has guidelines for optimizing the use of Electronic Health Record systems.
Huntington Asthma and AllergyCenter is pleased to announce that we are able to provide a secure online patient portal through our EHR provider, ModuleMD. We hope this portal will improve communication between Huntington Asthma andAllergyCenter staff and our patients.
Through the portal, you will be able to:
- Send and receive secure messages to our office requesting medication, appointments, etc.
- Review your demographic information
- Review your diagnoses list
- Review your medication list
- Access lab results
- Review your clinical summary
Our staff will be offering patients being seen by the doctor the opportunity to register for the portal.
